Each Skanska employee takes part in the Skanska University - a training program which supports our development.
Training programs are to fulfill needs of people on certain positions. Trainings also create opportunities to meet other people working on projects located throughout Poland.
With knowledge and skills gained during such trainings we can efficiently manage people and projects, build better relations, motivate ourselves and others and be successful leaders. Trainings provide us with information on new technologies and planning tools. As an international company we offer English learning. We actively support our employees in reaching higher levels of their career by financing their building qualifications.
Once a year, you and your manager will discuss your results and consider your development during an evaluation and development planning process. Based on your conclusions, an individual development and trainings plan will be made.
