How the recruitment process looks like?
Step 1 is your initiative. Find a job offer of your interest on our website. Fill in the application form on the right panel of the page with the offer.
Step 2 is an interview where we invite selected candidates only. The interview is made by an HR specialist responsible for recruiting employees in a certain area of Poland. The interview has a pleasant atmosphere and is aimed to get to know you better and check your predispositions to the desired position. Following this step, all candidates will be invited to the next stage regardless of the decision.
Step 3 is a meeting with a Business Manager. He/she decides whether you will join us and work on a selected position or not.
