Technologies and Innovations
The Technologies and Innovations team will closely cooperate with Technologies and Laboratories team to implement tasks in the framework of research projects with the following competences: bitumen, concrete and asphalt. It will also lead activities in fields of robotics, prefabrication, virtual and augmented reality and 3D printing.
Digitalization, Intelligent Working
This team will implement solutions based on the use of state-of-the-art digital technologies and intelligent project support devices (such as the drone and laser scanning already used at Skanska) along with the development of business applications.
BIM
A technology which combines the elements of innovation, digitalization and operational efficiency, and supports the development of building and civil competence. Target is to search for another areas of BIM use and implementing these solutions beyond design works. It includes improvements on our projects during the preparation and execution phases, as well as improving management of safety and cost aspects thanks to BIM.
Operational Efficiency
This team will perform tasks in the area of process analysis and optimization, as well as implementation of the best solutions in the organization.
