Skanska, one of the largest construction companies in Poland, signed a contract with the General Directorate for National Roads and Motorways to build a 7 km long bypass of Serock. It will be completed in 2011.

Safe road to Masuria Serock bypass should improve safety on a route from southern parts of Poland to Masuria. - National roads nr 61 and 62 go through Serock. Thanks to the bypass all of the traffic will be taken out of the city. That would improve communication in the summer—says Piotr Urbański, Project Manager at Skanska.
