2009 -Color Palette -we are introducing an environmental impact assessment tool.
2009 -Green Building Program -We are launching a European Energy Efficiency Assessment tool for buildings. We have assumed that all buildings will be at least 25% better than the regulations required.
2010 -First LEED CI for office space -introduction of external tools formulti-criterion verification of office space. Skanska Office in Warsaw has been certified LEED Commercial Interior at Silver level.
2011 -Skanska signs a contract for the implementation of the American School in Warsaw, which will apply for a LEED certificate.
2012 -LEED Core and Shell for Buildings -Introducing the tool of external multi-criteria verification for all office buildings. The Green Towers A office building in Wrocław is certified LEED Core & Shell at Platinum level. Since then, all projects realized in cooperation with Skanska Property Poland are certified in LEED Gold or Platinum.
2013 -The Energy Conservation Agreement in the building is being signed by Green Horizon on the Green Horizon project, which entails a contract with the building's technical manager to control the building's energy consumption and to regularly improve energy efficiency.
2013-Deep Green Water -We have introduced a system that allows you to use the water only where it is needed.
2013 -Green Corner project in Warsaw was commissioned. It utilizes the gray and rainwater recovery system. This allowed the use of shower water and washbasins and rainwater to flush toilets.
2016 -We receive the first BREAM certificate at Gold level for the investment carried out jointly by Skanska and Skanska Residential Development Poland. Mickiewiczahousingestate is the first residential project in Poland, which was certified BREEAM.
2017-Carbon Footprint -Measure carbon footprint on projects as a basis to reduce it. Action within the framework of Skanska Research and Innovation co-operation and developer companies.
2018 -Spark Design -WELL certification is another step towards sustainable development, sustainable materials and reducing waste generation. The certification process takes into account the impact of the project on the well-being, availability of varied time zones, water and air quality and the quality of the internal environment. This is a confirmation of a building strategy with a particular focus on user needs.
2020 -DeepGreen & DeepHuman -the goal of 2020 by 2020 20% of Skanska Commercial Development Europe's projects will be DeepGreen.
