$68 million, 207,000-SF state-of-the-art six-story outpatient treatment facility located on the McKinley Campus in Tampa. The facility will contain outpatient surgery (with associated sterile processing), four operating rooms, procedure suites, clinics for Moffitt’s Breast and Cutaneous Departments, as well as imaging, lab and pharmacy space, infusion, and clinical research. The facility will also offer patient and family support, educational spaces and a cafe. The sixth floor will serve as shelled space for future growth. The project also includes a parking garage with approximately 1,250 spaces.
