Eastern Ring Road Wroclaw is the first section of the Connector Aglomeration A4-S8, also known as an eastern provincial road Bielany-Łany-Długołęka. The length of the whole route is 5,6 km. It is going to connect in the future the A4 motorway and the road to Warsaw S-8. Skanska has been entrusted to build the most engineered and technically difficult part of the Eastern Ring Road Wroclaw. The whole section runs through the terrain saturated with water, prone to flooding due to the overflaw of Odra and Oława rivers.
