Sustainability and green
The project is targeting LEED® Gold certification. Sustainable aspects include a vegetated roof, utilizing an Indoor Air Quality Management Plan, the use of low emitting materials and local/regional materials, a 95 percent diversion goal for construction waste management, providing/encouraging the use of alternative transportation and optimizing energy performance.
