S-69 expressway was planned to connect Bielsko-Biała and border crossing in Zwardoń. The 48 km long road runs across the voivodship of Silesia. It is going to be extended by Slovak D3 motorway to Bratislava.
Skanska’s project involved construction of 2,85 km expressway and three bridges, renovation of 1,7 km of a district road with bridges over the Soła and the Kameszniczanka rivers as well as rebuilding of crossroads in Milówka.
The key element of the bridge work was the execution of 654-m arch flyover over the Kameszniczanka stream valley in Milówka.
