The Kytlická Residences is a large segmented building with two below-grade levels, five regular above-grade levels and a sixth stepped-back penthouse level. The three separate sections of the building is a total of 237 apartments, which range from 33 m2 (studio) to 100 m2 (spacious 3-bedroom unit) in size.
All units larger than a studio apartment have their own terrace or balcony. Units located on the first through sixth above-grade levels feature larger terraces with multiple entrances from different rooms.
Parking: the building has two below-grade parking levels directly underneath the building. The entire building is designed for wheelchair access.
The building has a strong modern architectural feel. The roof of the stepped-back level are used as terraces for the penthouses. The front facades of the individual sections of the building pop in and out and provide interest with the respective balcony designs. The use of different colors and color tones on the balconies and selected parts of the façade further break up the different sections of the building. The areas around the building was freshly landscaped with lawns and shrubbery.
