The Emergency Department expansion and Renovation and Fourth Floor Laboratory Relocation project for Memorial Regional Hospital in Hollywood, FL. The ED Expansion and renovation which consisted of phased demolition, single story additions, new mechanical penthouse and renovation, and includes site parking, drives and utilities, maintenance of life safety systems and mean of egress, new covered emergency entries, various new emergency treatment areas and renovation of some emergency department areas. The work on the fourth floor is the build-out of a shelled space for laboratory and microbiology use, along with the related work for a new generator room and electrical rooms on the fifth floor. The fouth floor laboratory relocation included:
