Certified means certain

We believe that office spaces should prioritize the well-being of their occupants and the environment. That's why we offer buildings certified by LEED and WELL, two of the most respected certification programs in the industry. These certifications demonstrate that a building has met rigorous standards for energy efficiency, sustainability, and indoor environmental quality. For employees, this means a healthier and more productive work environment, with access to natural light, fresh air, and other amenities that promote well-being.

Over 1 milion

square meters of certified office space delivered in Central and Eastern Europe. In addition to the globally recognized LEED and WELL certificates, our projects in Poland are subject to ‘Building without barriers’ (Orig. ‘Budynek bez barier) certification, which confirms that they support various needs of tenants and visitors, including those of individuals with disabilities, parents with children, seniors and those who do not speak Polish.

WELL-certified projects in Central and Eastern Europe region, prioritizing the health and well-being of the employees, validated through rigorous third-party review and onsite testing. In addition, 12 of our buildings have obtained the prestigious WELL Health-Safety Rating, awarded to office spaces that comply with the highest safety parameters, thus reducing the risk of disease transmission and creating healthy and user-friendly workplaces.
