Skanska Property Poland has signed two new lease agreements with BrightOne and Work Service in its Dominikanski office building. The companies will occupy 1 200 sqm in building B of the complex and 500 sqm in the Oppersdorf Palace respectively. As a consequence of these two newly signed agreements, Dominikanski is now nearly 90% leased.
So far, companies such as HP Global Business Center, Deloitte, BGŻ BNP Paribas and Skanska have made the decision to relocate to Dominikanski. Now, they are joined by BrightOne, a company offering IT services for global clients, which will occupy over 1 200 sqm of space in building B. Furthermore, Work Service, the biggest HR company in Poland, providing innovative solutions in the area of human resources, will relocate to Dominikanski in March 2016. It will occupy nearly 500 sqm in the 18th century Oppersdorf Palace which is part of the Dominikanski office complex. Skanska has renovated the building and arranged office space in the palace.
“One of the key factors encouraging us to select the Dominikanski office building was the investment’s excellent location. The complex is situated in an ideal location, in the very center of Wroclaw, in close proximity to a large communication artery and PKP railway station. The office building has been designed in a modern and functional way. Furthermore, we value the excellent cooperation with the team from Skanska Property Poland. Such factors encouraged us to select Dominikanski office building as the new location for BrightOne’s office and we look forward to relocating to the building”, says Marek Kopyto, Board Member at BrightOne.
“We decided to move to Dominikanski because of the rapid development of our company. We operate on an increasing scale and internally consolidate a great deal of activities and processes. We wanted to find a modern office space that will allow us to effectively conduct operations in Wroclaw”, says Rafal Świętczak, Director of Administration of Work Service S.A.
“While selecting the new location for Antal’s Wroclaw-based office, we decided in favor of the Dominikanski office building. We were attracted by a number of factors including the building’s excellent location and its appearance. Its modern and business space confirmed that it is the ideal office for our company”, comments Konrad Mazurek, Regonal Director at Antal recruitment agency, part of the Work Service Group.
“Interest among prospective tenants illustrates how the Dominikanski project meets the needs of modern business. Its interesting architecture deep-rooted in the city’s historical context, green solutions and excellent location enable Dominikanski to offer a comfortable working environment which is also functional for our tenants. Developing such an office complex was possible, first of all, thanks to our long-term experience in the market and the ability to listen to the needs of our business partners. Wroclaw was the first city, outside Warsaw, which we invested in. Today we feel justified in our decision due to the fact that modern companies from the business services sector, such as BrightOne and Work Service, also recognize our project and want to develop their business in Wroclaw and in Dominikanski”, says Arkadiusz Rudzki, Leasing & Asset Director at Skanska Property Poland.
Dominikanski office building was commissioned for use in August 2015. It is located in the heart of Wroclaw, where Piotra Skargi, Wierzbowa and Oławska Streets meet and in close proximity to Dominikanski Square. It comprises six floors above ground and two below, providing its tenants with 40,000 sqm of modern office space and 380 parking spaces.
In November 2015, Skanska Property Poland launched the development of another office investment in Wroclaw. The Green2Day office building will be located at 11,Szczytnicka Street and will provide its tenants with over 17,000 sqm of modern office space. The building's completion is scheduled for Q4 2017.
