The Polish team has proven its value over the past seven years and our Warsaw branch is now a software development hub for EMEA client base. We are viewing Warsaw as a key business center attracting the best IT professionals. It is critical for us to not only ensure an office of appropriate capacity in the very center of Warsaw but also to create for our employees a modern, friendly and comfortable work place. Moving our Warsaw branch to Atrium 2 allows us to achieve these objectives and will provide a top class office space, enabling the planned development of the organization over the coming years” said Martin Lawson, Head of Bravura Operations in Poland.
“Atrium 2 shows how our perception on office buildings evolved. Today, comfort of employees counts the most. We put utmost care on this need while designing the building and Atrium 2 meets them perfectly. Its intimate location at Pereca Street ensures comfortable and calm atmosphere along and maintains all the advantages of its location within the city centre including, most of all, excellent communication as the second metro line station is nearby as well as numerous bus and tram stops. Furthermore, Dworzec Centralny railways station is in close proximity as well. The fulfillment of employees’ needs will be a restaurant located in the building’s ground floor. A modern gym allowing employees to track their workout progress and a green space surrounding the investment will make the building a place excellent for informal meetings and recreational activities”, says Krzysztof Wilczek, Regional Director in Skanska Property Poland.
Atrium 2, an office project developed in the vicinity of ONZ Roundabout, comprises 15 floors above ground and four under and provides 125 parking places for tenants.
