We put utmost care on this need while designing the building and Atrium 2 meets them perfectly. Its intimate location at Pereca Street ensures comfortable and calm atmosphere along and maintains all the advantages of its location within the city centre including, most of all, excellent communication as the second metro line station is nearby as well as numerous bus and tram stops. Furthermore, Dworzec Centralny railways station is in close proximity as well. The fulfillment of employees’ needs will be a restaurant located in the building’s ground floor. A modern gym allowing employees to track their workout progress and a green space surrounding the investment will make the building a place excellent for informal meetings and recreational activities”, says Krzysztof Wilczek, Regional Director in Skanska Property Poland.
