- This will be a busy year for us. We are planning the launch of Skanska’s first office project in Tri-City. As a result, we will be present on seven regional Polish markets. In addition, in 2017 we will be leasing office projects currently being developed in Region North – in both Łódź and Poznań – including the first phase of a new office park in the very heart of Poznań. It will be part of a completely new and open urban space. This is only a small part of our ambitious plans for the upcoming 12 months - comments Ewelina Kałużna, Leasing and Asset Management Director at Skanska Property Poland. - I am glad that Skanska’s team under my management will be further enriched with such a highly-qualified expert. Furthermore, every region will have a strong leader responsible for Skanska Property Poland activities. Marek Stasieńko is Magdalena’s counterpart in Region South, while Agnieszka Krawczyk-Rogowska is responsible for Region Central – adds Ewelina Kałużna.
Magdalena Reńska is also involved in academic activities. She participates in “Building Commercialization” - the innovative, post-graduate studies at the University of Gdańsk under the Faculty of Management, where she is also a university lecturer.
