Stuart Beety has been appointed to Senior Vice President Business Development at Skanska Commercial Development Europe, one of the leading office developers in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania, and will join Skanska’s central and eastern Europe commercial development unit’s Management Team with immediate effect.
Stuart has almost 20 years’ experience working in real estate and financial markets. Most recently he was Head of Corporate Real Estate EMEA at Credit Suisse, where he was responsible for real estate strategy and portfolio management. Prior to that, he worked at Morgan Stanley in New York and London.
Stuart will be responsible for business development and market making in Czech Republic, Hungary, Poland and Romania. His role is to strengthen international occupier engagement and foster long-term collaborative partnerships with clients across Western Europe who seek office space in central and eastern Europe.
Stuart reports directly to the team’s CEO and President, Katarzyna Zawodna.
