Skanska commercial development business unit in CEE is a double winner of the Eurobuild Awards competition. The company was awarded as the developer of the year both in Poland and in the CEE region. The jury recognized Skanska for its business activity and the scale of investments carried out despite the pandemic.
Eurobuild Awards is one of the most prestigious events on the commercial real estate market. The best companies and projects from Poland and Central and Eastern Europe are awarded in the competition. The awards of its 11th edition were presented on September 30th in Warsaw.
Skanska is the biggest office developer in Europe. In 2020, the company sold four buildings for over EUR 265m, leased over 135,000 sqm and built seven buildings in Poland, the Czech Republic, Romania and Hungary. In the pandemic times, Skanska has developed and implemented the "Care for Life Office Concept" solution. Thanks to this approach the company continues to provide the market with office spaces that fully meet the present-day business needs.
