We are very pleased to welcome Accenture to the Tri-City Business Services Sector. Both the excellent brand and the development potential of the new service center of this global leader open up very interesting career opportunities for employees from the Tri-City. Moreover, our investment attractiveness is confirmed again which results in enforcing Pomerania’s reputation as a perfect base for this economical sector. Comfort, health, and convenience

Wave offers its tenants nearly 25,000 sqm of innovative, sustainable and fully secure office area. The office building, as the first in the Tri-city, has been awarded the prestigious WELL Core&Shell certification at the Gold level.   This standard verifies over 100 building parameters. It puts special emphasis on people's mental and physical health and their behavior. It also takes into account design or issues related to the use of the office building itself. Among the issues analyzed is access to fresh, clean air, good quality water, proper interior lighting, temperature and acoustics.

It was of utmost importance to our client that the new office space is a welcoming place where Accenture employees can feel comfortable and efficiently fulfill their professional aspirations. Wave is the perfect place for this. The building offers many amenities for its users and provides the highest environmental standards. It's a perfect combination says Anna Tuszyńska, Deputy Director in the Office Space Department at CBRE in the Tri-City.

The building also got a LEED Core&Shell certification and a WELL Health-Safety Rating. Earning the latter guarantees that office space in Wave is fully safe for tenants.

Less impact on the environment

In line with its philosophy and assumed climate goals, Skanska uses solutions to minimize the environmental impact of its developments. Wave is an example of this approach. The office building uses only energy produced from renewable sources and consumes 30% less electricity. Thanks to special fixtures, with responsible management and conscious use of the building by tenants, more than 40% of water can be saved. Almost ¼ of the materials with which Wave was made contained recycled elements. The wood used for construction has FSC certification, which sets the standard for responsible forest management.

As part of the project, a sidewalk made of special concrete that reduces the amount of harmful substances in the air was laid on the side of Aleja Grunwaldzka. There is also a shared mobility center, City Hub, which supports alternative modes of transportation and complements the extensive public transportation network near the office building.
