Lingaro Group is an end-to-end data services partner focused on global brands and enterprises. They collaborate with companies across their entire data journey — from thought leadership, data strategy, development, and operations to adoption – enabling them to realize the full value of their data. Since 2008, Lingaro Group have fostered an environment that attracts the brightest data talent around the globe to work with industry leading companies. They are consistently recognized by their clients and global research and advisory companies for the innovation, technology excellence and sustained delivery of highest quality data services. Lingaro Group currently has more than 1,400 experts worldwide. The Polish branch, which will soon occupy office space in Warsaw’s P180 building, will comprise about 800 employees, who, according to their adopted model, are free to decide how often they would want to work in the office.

“Warsaw is one of the major Polish cities where the technology and IT sectors undergo the most dynamic development. We believe that by establishing cooperation with Lingaro Group, we can support this growth with our experience and office space,” said Tomasz Subocz, Leasing Manager at the Skanska’s commercial development business unit in CEE.

“Thanks to P180’s appropriately designed and sustainable spaces, we can offer employees an environment that fosters team meetings and collaboration, thus reinforcing the company’s culture,” Tomasz Subocz added.

Tenants choose mobile and eco-friendly working environments

“The world has changed after the pandemic, but we truly believe that having a dynamic and inclusive office environment, which encourages colleagues to come together, is essential both for our Lingaro team spirit and for our ability to continue to operate as a high-performing team,” said Sam Mantle, CEO of Lingaro Group. “We are working hard to configure the space to cater for all specific needs and where all employees will feel welcome and have the flexibility to spend time depending on their personal and professional needs,” Mantle added.

Lingaro’s new office reflects the requirements of the postpandemic reality. The employees will be provided with areas intended for quiet, creative, and collaborative work. We designed rooms and spaces of different sizes, which offer the staff considerable flexibility and choice,” explained Barnaba Grzelecki, architect and owner of Bit Creative, a studio working with Lingaro for the second time.  “We focused on creating a space that is functional and will encourage people to return to the office. Its standout feature is a kitchen of more than 150 sqm, which constitutes a multifunctional space for meetings of the whole team. In my opinion, this is one of the most important rooms in the office,” Barnaba Grzelecki added.

P180 has been designed in accordance with ESG criteria, including using solutions and tools that reduce environmental impact and ensure the best possible well-being of those who spend time inside the office building. The investment meets the standards of the most demanding certificates: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and “Obiekt bez barier” (“Building Without Barriers”).

P180 boasts an excellent location. It is right next to the Wilanowska underground station, providing employees and visitors access to numerous transportation lines and a well‑developed bicycle infrastructure. In addition, the office building features a bicycle room, near the entrance from Domaniewska, as well as locker rooms and showers.
