GFT is a digital transformation pioneer that develops sustainable solutions based on new technologies including artificial intelligence and blockchain/DLT. The company’s strengths include deep technical expertise, strong partnerships and comprehensive market insights. GFT experts create and implement scalable software applications that make access to innovative business models safe and easy. With locations in more than 15 markets around the globe, GFT ensures proximity to its clients. The company draws on over 35 years of experience and a global team of over 10,000 determined talents.

The GFT team will be able to use solutions that save water and electricity. They will have access to various spaces that, depending on their needs, will allow them to work in a group or ensure silence and concentration. This is extremely important because, as the report prepared by Skanska, Business Link and Workplace shows, one in five people is neuroatypical. This means that they may need slightly different solutions to ensure work comfort and maximum efficiency. The tenant will move into building E in Q4 2023.

- GFT has chosen our building for its headquarters for the third time. After Warsaw and Łódź, we now have the opportunity to work together in Poznań. A tenant who chooses our offices again is always the best proof of recognition, but also trust. We feel that we can provide the tenant with innovative and sustainable space that will support the development and expansion of business, says Małgorzata Wojtoń, Senior Leasing Manager at Skanska office unit in Central and Eastern Europe.

- We are pleased to be working with Skanska again. This is a developer who shares our values and goals. Skanska's office buildings respond to the needs of GFT and our employees, who can unleash their full potential in specially designed spaces, sums up Aleksandra Szeląg, Head of Facilities at GFT.

Now open!

Nowy Rynek E was commissioned this past April. Skanska's investment contributed 28,500 sqm of area developed in accordance with ESG principles to the local market. The building is located right next to the Poznań Główny railway station and is conveniently connected to other parts of the capital of Wielkopolska. It is easy to get to the Old Town or the airport from here. There are numerous commercial and service facilities, as well as cultural institutions in the area. For recreation purposes there are three parks located nearby, as well as a unique feature - an internal market square with trees and shrubs that is open to all residents. A fountain and brine graduation towers have also been designed here.

- The office market in Poznań is incredibly mature. The vacancy rate and rental rates remain stable, with the latter having risen marginally. When searching for a new office, our client looked both for a very good location and also for a building in which employees would feel comfortable. Nowadays, a well-prepared office is vital, as it is an important element of building an employer's image and one of the advantages when attracting and retaining talent. The Nowy Rynek investment perfectly corresponds to the employees' expectations in terms of user-friendliness, ecological solutions and a convenient location – says Bartosz Frąckowiak, Associate Director, CBRE.

The building is equipped with technologies that reduce its environmental impact and improve work comfort. It has been fitted with humidifiers and a ventilation system to provide more fresh air. Intelligent LED lighting will adjust to the number of people staying in the office and will reduce energy consumption. In turn, special fittings will make it easier to save water. Nowy Rynek E is fully powered by energy produced in renewable sources.

There are 160 parking spaces, changing rooms with showers and repair stations for cyclists.
