P180, Warsaw

The Atos Group, which operates under two brands in Poland, Atos and Eviden, is a global tycoon in digital transformation, specializing in designing the IT space of the future. It employs around 110,000 people and generates annual revenues of EUR 11 billion. It has been operating in Poland for over 20 years, employing over 7,000 people in seven cities.

The company is a pioneer in decarbonization, providing safe and decarbonized digital solutions.

- Pro-environmental activities are gaining in importance. We help clients analyze their level of maturity in terms of decarbonization for the entire range of IT services. We have developed a comprehensive offer, using both technology and nature-based solutions. We provide a tailor-made action plan, development and implementation of sustainable development programs across the entire scope of our clients' business activities - explains Agnieszka Kaczorowska-Janus, head of the Eviden GDC PL team.

One of the company's top solutions is SmartCity, which enables digital management of city services. For example, the City Card, acting as a resident's identifier, can be used as a means of payment in public transport and integrate regional transport with the city system. In addition, the loyalty system rewards the activity of residents. The SmartCity solution also includes other city services such as parking, voting, social support, waste management, city bikes and special events.

- We also successfully delivered data-driven digital services during the 2023 European Olympic Games held this past June in our country. We were responsible for the secure capture, processing and distribution of data every day of the competition. We developed a ticketing platform, the official website of the event, a portal for volunteers and a platform for the media. Thanks to our solutions, a total of 40,000 sports fans could follow the results live and watch the event on mobile devices - adds Damian Kaczor, head of Atos GDC PL.

- The Atos Group joins other exceptional P180 tenants, which include specialists in the field of information technology and smart solutions. Such solutions are also important to us during the implementation of the investment and at the very stage of its design - says Tomasz Subocz, Leasing Manager at the Skanska commercial development business unit in CEE, and adds:  - For Skanska, state-of-the-art solutions are primarily meant to have a positive, sustainable impact on society.

Smart tools are the present and future in offices

Smart solutions work well in urban spaces, infrastructure and places used in everyday life. For example, in the P180 office building, its users are kept informed about the quality of the outside air via a screen in the lobby of the main elevator. There are QR codes throughout the building that provide health and wellness information, including healthy lifestyle advice and contact with mental and physical health consultants.

The building has a digital lighting interface and an advanced building management system that schedules the operation of electrical devices as needed and detects unnecessary energy consumption. Such control can also be exercised by the employees themselves, who, thanks to room controllers with the Green Leaf function, can select the appropriate temperature or lighting. It informs the user about the impact of his settings on energy consumption - the leaf icon glows green in energy saving mode and red when the consumption is too high.

The P180 office building is equipped with the Connected by Skanska platform, enabling management of the building from a smartphone. It offers features such as a virtual visitor pass, license plate recognition in the underground garage and flexible parking space allocation.

P180 has been designed in accordance with ESG criteria, i.e. using solutions and tools that reduce the impact on the environment and with the well-being of its users in mind. The investment meets the standards of the most demanding certificates: LEED Platinum, WELL Core & Shell, WELL Health-Safety Rating and Building without Barriers.

- We are glad that our employees will be able to use modern, cooperative locations that are in line with the Group's strategy for the use of office space - says Agnieszka Kaczorowska-Janus, head of the Eviden GDC PL team, and adds - We also want our offices to bring employees together, support their integration and teamwork, so that they are not only a place of work, but a place that connects people and enables the exchange of knowledge and experience.
