Robinson, whose philosophy coincides with Skanska's mission, trusted us. This is a great reason for us to be proud – adds Hanna Marszałek.

As responsible global citizens, we are dedicated to meeting our ESG commitments in line with C.H. Robinson's corporate standards. Skanska’s office building being constructed in accordance with ESG standards  was one of the key criterium of choice – says Angel Kalinov, General Manager NorthEast Capacity Management at C.H. Robinson and Project Leader of C.H. Robinson and Skanska real estate project.

A good environment for well-being

Studio B was designed by Danish Arrow Architects and Poland's Grupa 5 Architekci. It is part of an office complex with about 43,000 sqm of space in a location that offers not only comfortable work, but also access to recreational areas. The Studio office buildings are being built between two metro stations - Rondo ONZ and Rondo Daszyńskiego - and are surrounded by commercial premises and iconic places, such as the Norblin Factory. Also, the complex itself will offer places for recreation - an open square with small architecture and green terraces for employees.

Studio B was designed and constructed meeting the requirements of the industry's most important certifications, including LEED, WELL and Building without Barriers. The building uses the highest quality environmentally friendly solutions, including air conditioning based on ultra-quiet chilled beams and adiabatic humidifiers to keep the air clean and fresh. Healthier air has also been taken care of around the complex, thanks to a specially designed anti-smog concrete sidewalk that neutralizes harmful dust.
