On March 1 of this year, the Polish office of Societe Generale and SG Equipment Leasing Poland will begin operations in the Studio B building on Łucka Street in Warsaw. Societe Generale Group companies will be the first of four tenants in the office building, delivered in Q4 2023. In total, the Skanska development offers 16,400 sqm of sustainable and innovative office space, which is fully leased.

- We are very pleased with the decision to move our headquarters to a new office building, which is located in the heart of Warsaw's financial center. The new office will perfectly suit our needs and will allow us to develop the bank's business in Poland in the coming years. I am convinced that this change and the modern office space will significantly improve the working comfort of our employees - says Krzysztof Dąbrowiecki, general manager at Societe Generale in Poland.

The office building is located between Rondo Daszyńskiego and Rondo ONZ metro stations. This is one of the few latest-generation office buildings that is located in the center of business Warsaw, while maintaining an intimate character. The cascading nature of the building, the color of its facade and the concept of a square belonging to Studio, allowed the investment to blend seamlessly into the surrounding development.

Studio's new tenants will benefit not only from top-quality office space, but also from the extensive amenities offered by the neighboring Norblin Factory.

- Our conversations with tenants confirmed that they are satisfated with the office because of its very good location and the surrounding infrastructure, but also of the entire ESG philosophy behind the investment. Studio was built with this in mind - says Paulina Strutyńska, senior leasing manager at Skanska's commercial development business unit in CEE.

Studio B was built in accordance with the requirements of major industry certifications: LEED, WELL and Building without Barriers. The building incorporates employee-friendly solutions, including air conditioning based on quiet cooling beams and adiabatic humidifiers, ensuring clean and fresh air. Studio will use what is known as daylight intensity control, a system that adjusts the intensity of interior lighting to the amount of available exterior light. The surroundings of the complex have also been taken care of - an anti-smog sidewalk has been designed to neutralize harmful dust.

The design of the Warsaw headquarters of the Societe Generale companies was entrusted to the architectural studio The Design Group. The architectural concept of the Studio is the responsibility of the Danish studio Arrow and the Polish Grupa5.
