A Rödl & Partner office will open on the 7th floor of an office building in Poznań developed by Skanska. Its employees will occupy nearly 1,000 sqm of space designed according to ESG criteria and equipped with innovative solutions to reduce environmental impact. The tenant was represented by real estate advisory firm Newmark Polska.
Rödl & Partner is an international audit, business process outsourcing, tax and legal consulting company. It operates in 49 countries and employs 5,800 people worldwide. It has been present in Poland for more than 30 years, providing services in 6 cities - Gdańsk, Gliwice, Kraków, Warsaw, Wrocław and in Poznań, where it is moving its current office to Nowy Rynek E.
– The interest in our project continues to grow. Currently, about 80% of the building's space is already occupied - said Małgorzata Wojtoń, Senior Leasing Manager at Skanska’s Commercial Development Business Unit in CEE. – We believe that another lease proves that the work and meeting spaces we offer are valued by companies that are expanding both internationally and locally, supporting the Poznań market in various sectors. Our building provides them with sustainable and secure spaces that make work more comfortable, efficient and simply more enjoyable – she adds.
– We are moving our Poznań office to Nowy Rynek E for several key reasons that emerged during the analysis and consultation process. Our choice was based not only on the location, but also on the quality and modernity of the space. Our goal is to create an office where every employee feels comfortable, one that inspires growth. We also care about the environment and health, so we chose a building that meets the highest environmental standards, as evidenced by LEED and WELL certifications - explains Magdalena Ludwiczak, Partner at Rödl & Partner. – In addition, workshops with our employees and a hybrid work model have allowed us to optimize our resources and will enable us to create an ergonomic and efficient work environment in the new office. I am sure that the new location, attention to details and all the amenities will make our new Poznań office meet the expectations of our employees and be a friendly place for our clients – she adds.
– I am confident that the new office will provide Rödl & Partner's employees and clients with maximum comfort and a friendly working environment, and will be an impetus for the company's further dynamic development. We carefully analyzed our client's needs and the opportunities offered by the Poznań office market. We are pleased to have achieved all the goals we set. We are grateful for the trust that Rödl & Partner has placed in us by entrusting us with the process of relocation and lease negotiations in yet another city - adds Joanna Bartosiewicz, Senior Associate, Newmark Polska.
Distinctive shape with limited environmental and human impact
Building E is a harmonious integration of the latest architectural trends into the urban environment. Its distinctive feature is a partially covered terrace, offering an impressive view of the capital of Greater Poland. There is a gym, swings, a drinking fountain and a kitchen for tenants' use. On the walls separating the terrace from the interior of the building are painted the characteristic elements of this panorama - images of famous Poznań buildings.
A specific and distinctive feature of the office building is its façade, which has been designed to allow as much natural light as possible, while at the same time protecting against adverse weather conditions and improving the building's energy efficiency. This solution complements several others used in the building, which have been designed in accordance with ESG principles, that is, with the comfort and safety of users in mind, as well as the needs of the city and its inhabitants, without forgetting the natural environment. Many solutions have been applied to save electricity and water. In addition, the building is powered exclusively by renewable energy from onshore wind farms.
Nowy Rynek was designed to be used by everyone. That is why solutions have been implemented to meet the needs of people with disabilities, parents with children, seniors and people who do not speak Polish, as well as neurodiverse and neurotypical people.
