Nicklas Lindberg has been appointed new President for Skanska Commercial Development Europe (CDE), Skanska’s business unit that develops properties in Central and Eastern Europe.

Nicklas Lindberg will assume his position from September 1 and will be stationed in Warsaw. The last three years he has been heading Skanska Property Poland, a unit within Skanska Commercial Development Europe. “Nicklas has over the last few years built a strong team which has expanded the business in Poland. With his strong market and business focus Nicklas will continue to grow our commercial development operations in the Central European markets. I am very pleased to welcome him to his new position” says Johan Karlström, Skanska’s President and CEO.

Nicklas Lindberg succeeds Richard Hultin who, as announced earlier, was appointed Executive Vice President in August this year.
