Nowy Rynek is a five-phase office development (phases A to E) with a total area of 100,000 sq m. We are creating an open and inclusive space designed for everyone – a place that encourages meetings, recreation, and entertainment.

The market square is where the paths of city residents intersect. No other place on the map has such a powerful city-shaping force. In November 2025, we began construction of Phase C – a milestone that brings our vision closer to completion.

Out of the city in the neighbourhood

This is the place you notice as you leave the train and enter the city. The spot you pass on your way from the station toward the center and further into Poznań’s historic heart. Just a few steps from Stary Browar and only minutes from the Poznań International Fair. Surrounded by parks on one side and the historic architecture of Wilda on the other. Perfectly positioned at the crossroads of the city’s main transport routes, in the very heart of its most dynamic district.

Common space

The Nowy Rynek complex was created in line with the concept of a “city within a city.” It consists of five modern office and retail buildings (phases A–E), complemented by public spaces, restaurants, cultural venues, green areas, and urban furniture. When designing Nowy Rynek, we focused on creating places that foster integration and maintain natural connections. The final stage of the investment – Nowy Rynek C – marks the completion of our flagship project in Poznań, delivering a vibrant, fully integrated space for business and community life.

This is a unique ensemble of office buildings that combines modern architecture, functionality, and sustainability. Each phase of Nowy Rynek brings new opportunities, innovative solutions, and spaces designed with user comfort in mind.

A is for Architecture

We are creating the modern city. The complex of buildings is open by Nowy Rynek A on the side of Matyi street. With a wide scope of modern solutions it provides comfort to the people working and living there.

B as in Being Close

At the heart of the city. Nowy Rynek B is a place where different paths shall cross and entwine different stories. Here, business shall meet entertainment, technology shall walk hand in hand with environment friendliness, work shall live with recreation and culture shall coincide with sport.

E is for Energy

With the opening of Nowy Rynek E, employees and residents can enjoy a central square that connects all the buildings in the complex. In its southeastern part, there is a fountain, and pergolas are located in the corners. Next to one of them, a brine graduation tower has been built.
