Additional information
Within the first stage of contract we provided seven residential buildings with 74 flats in total, with their gross value of 20 m of Polish zloty. We built the internal roads, 109 parking spaces, sidewalks and 4100 square meters of lawn. We planted more than 100 deciduous trees, about 1000 of shrubs and climbing plants. We built a playground with a special synthetic surface that provides the safety requirements for children’s playground.
Within the second stage of contract we executed other seven buildings with number of 154 flats and commercial premises with a an area of 300 square meters. Gross value of this stage was 48,5 m Polish zloty. Total usable area is 9,2 thousand of square meters. There ares two, three and four bedroom flats with an area of 52, 68 and 85 square meters.
We have completed underground garage with 213 parking spaces and installed a special ramp for people with disabilities.
