To przestrzeń, która łączy funkcjonalność i estetykę – z biurami, szatniami i zapleczem socjalnym dla pracowników. Na dachu budynku znalazły się panele fotowoltaiczne, które wspierają ideę zrównoważonego rozwoju. Prace prowadziliśmy tuż obok działającej hali produkcyjnej, dbając o bezpieczeństwo i ciągłość pracy.

We are happy to announce that we have divested the office complex Port7 in Prague, Czech Republic, to AFI through its subsidiaries. Located on the left bank of the Vltava River in Prague's Holešovice district, Port7 comprises two phases and three office buildings with approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space. The divestment of adjacent plots for future development is also part of this transaction. The fully leased office and retail spaces have become home to companies from a wide range of industries. We are pleased to announce the divestment of our Port7 office complex in the Czech capital Prague to @AFI for EUR 130M. Port7 is a three-building Class A office complex located on the left bank of the Vltava River in Prague’s dynamic Holešovice district, offering around 36,000 sqm of modern, flexible and fully leased office and retail space. The Port7 project applies circular principles through the reuse of materials from a demolished Skanska building and achieves over 40% water savings compared to the LEED baseline. With zero Scope 2 electricity emissions, supported by guarantees of origin and onsite photovoltaics, and complying with Nearly Zero Energy Building standards, the complex is designed for long-term environmental performance. @AFI Czech Republic , congratulations on the acquisition.
